Our residential alcohol treatment program runs for 30, 60, or 90 days and uses the best evidence-based models available. Furthermore, 24 hours a day, an enthusiastic and professional team of staff support our clients. Through our multifaceted methodology, we address all 5 elements of alcoholism. These includes the physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual of alcoholism in a holistic approach.
Each client has a personalised alcohol treatment plan which is regularly reviewed by their case manager. This applies the best modalities of therapy according to their own differing needs. Similarly, our support staff monitor, evaluate and recognise each client’s progress. In due course, this results in clients developing a sense of self-esteem which is an essential part of recovery in alcohol rehab.
Alcohol Recovery Communication Sessions
These sessions take place every day and are a safe place for clients to explore their feelings and share their progress with each other. As well as aiding effective communication, this process also helps clients work on setting boundaries and supports behavioural change. This is all essential in alcohol rehabilitation.
Additionally, we run recovery-based education groups and therapy groups. These use psychological treatment models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Clinical Psychologist Support
Our alcohol rehabilitation program provides individual therapy with qualified staff including clinical psychologists and alcohol counsellors. Moreover, this is an opportunity for clients to delve deeper into the causes and consequences of their alcoholism.
Alcoholics Anonymous(AA) Support Network
We introduce our clients to self-help groups and support networks such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and encourage involvement in these programs.
