Holistic Wellness Program
As an extra option, Seasons clients have the unique opportunity to work closely with Amanda Jane, our Wellness Coordinator. She focuses on helping the client to remove their limiting belief systems which can have direct links to addiction and other mental health conditions. Her sessions intertwine a number of different holistic tools including yoga, breath work and meditation.
Amanda Jane works closely with clients to decide on how to aid their recovery and compliment the therapy already provided in the retreat. She has extensive experience helping addicts, alcoholics, people with eating disorders and those suffering from anxiety and depression to consolidate the early stages of recovery. Furthermore, she can tailor anything from daily sessions to weekly sessions depending on the desires of the clients and what the Seasons Team feel will be the most beneficial.

Amanda Jane is a former professional dancer who inspires her students to discover their own personal journey and awaken their spiritual energy. Over the last 14 years, Amanda Jane has trained extensively in a variety of holistic practises with internationally acclaimed teachers. She has a personal interest in recovery and a true desire to help people to change their lives for the better.
