Richard is the founder of The Hader Clinic and specialises in addictive behaviour and affective change.

He has over 25 years experience in providing drug and alcohol counselling to clients, family and friends caught up in the cycle of addiction. Richard is a passionate addiction specialist who is devoted to delivering quality, solution-focused care to individuals and families suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Richard has remained drug and alcohol free since 1985 and is living proof that long-term recovery from addiction is possible.

General Manager

Jackson Oppy

Jackson joined The Hader Clinic team in 2012 and was promoted to the role of General Manager the following year. He brings with him over 15 years managerial experience and is committed to delivering effective addiction treatment programs that yield superior results.

A recovered ice addict, Jackson is passionate about recovery and a fervent believer that everybody and anybody can recover from drug or alcohol addiction given the right opportunities.

Dr. Louise Du Chesne

Dr. Louise Du Chesne is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience working with people struggling with addiction. During this time she has worked with clients who have experienced traumatic events, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and major mental illnesses. Louise is a qualified Gestalt therapist and also makes effective and practical use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and hypnosis.

As well as holding a personal interest in recovery, she also brings strength and warmth to her work with clients as they begin their own journey of recovery.

Damian has over 12 years experience in the Alcohol and other drug (AOD) sectors across a range of fields including withdrawal services, street-based outreach and youth intervention.

Clint relishes his current role of Admissions Coordinator, in particular working closely with families in the early stages by offering support and guidance to help get their loved one into treatment.
