A $1,990 admission fee applies to inpatient admissions and covers intake, assessment, and administration costs.

Eligible private health insurance may reduce some or all treatment costs depending on your level of cover and insurer approval. We also support self-funded admissions, superannuation access, and other payment pathways.

Most core treatment services are included in your program costs. However, some additional services or specialised support may incur extra fees depending on your circumstances.

Additional fees may include:

• Psychiatrist consultation: from $500 initial consultation, $300 follow-up
• Individual counselling sessions: from $180
• Family or relationship counselling: from $340
• Additional group therapy sessions: from $50
• Transport services: from $75 for the first hour, then $50 per additional hour
• Court or legal documentation: fees vary depending on reporting requirements
• Letters of attendance or supporting documentation: from $150
• Archive or historical file retrieval: $90
• Late admission cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice): $250

Mental Health Care Plans may be included as part of your admission process where clinically appropriate.

Yes. A $1,990 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place in treatment. This amount is applied toward your total program cost.

If you're being admitted into rehab directly from custody or require legal support as part of your case, a $4,990 Forensic Services Fee applies. This includes:

• Psycho-social assessment
• Clinical assessment
• Comprehensive AOD assessment
• Clinical treatment recommendation for court
• Attendance at bail hearing via Webex (both contested and uncontested matters)

This fee is in addition to the program cost and ensures full legal coordination.

No — program fees are non-refundable once admission begins. However, if you depart early, a treatment credit may be applied toward future care. The credit amount depends on the length of stay completed and your original program.
